Liss Minree U799 is Reserve All Ireland Champion

We had an incredible week this week at the Aberdeen Angus All Ireland which was held at the National Ploughing Championships.

Liss Minree U799 won Reserve All Ireland Supreme Champion on the day alongside her baby Liss Megastar B417. Liss Minree U799 is a Liss Marty P417 daughter while her bull calf Liss Megastar B417 is out of herdsire Liss Dingle V936.

Liss Eagle B470 also continued his impressive year winning the 1st April onwards bull or heifer class. Eagle is sired by Liss Dingle V936 out of Liss Erice U791, a Liss Marty P417 daughter from the imported Erica cow family. He was shown expertly on the day by Rowan who also managed to get himself onto national Tv on Nationwide!

Absolutely delighted to see the legend of the breed that is Pat Cahaill received a presentation from Anna May McHugh for his lifeline dedication to the ploughing!

A massive thanks to the Irish Aberdeen Angus Associationfor organising this great event & all the sponsors involved.

A big thanks to judge Ewen Campbell and commentator Andy Frazier and Catherine Laurenson of MacGregor Photography for the photo!
