Liss Select Sires Bull Sale

We are delighted to announce that in Spring 2026 we will launching our first Liss Select Sires Bull Sale!

This will be our first annual bull sale and will include 25 top quality bulls.

Bulls suitable for dairy, suckler and pedigree herds and all bulls are European export eligible.

We invite you to visit us for on-farm viewing to see the quality of our stock firsthand:

Main Viewing: Saturday, March 21st and Sunday, March 22nd, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Alternative Viewing day: Sunday, March 15th (by appointment only)
Please contact us privately if the above viewing dates do not suit you
Closer to the time we will have photos and videos available for all bulls for customers who are unable to travel to Liss

The sale will be conducted as a timed auction hosted online via Ballyjamesduff MartEye.ie^.

Auction Starts: The sale opens @ 7:30pm on Friday March 20th (meaning bids can be placed on all lots)
Auction Closes: The sale starts to close @ 7:30pm on Monday March 23rd
As the sale starts to close, Lot 1 will start to sell and a 30 second countdown will start, if theres a bid/several bids the timer will keep re starting, then when there are no more bids and the countdown goes to zero, Lot 1 is sold and the same process will start with Lot 2 and so on
Bids can be placed on any remaining lots to sell at any time but once the sale starts the lots will close 1 at a time in lot order
All bidders must register to bid with Ballyjamesduff Mart before the sale starts

Secure and Store option

Customers are offered the opportunity to pay a €1000 deposit (non refundable) at the time of purchase
We will continue to manage the bull on-farm until you require him, up until May 1st
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the bull leaves the farm
